Try my Ball & Wall Workout and you will see how simple it can be to get a great workout using something as simple as a ball and a wall.

This workout will help level up your conditioning and cardio and can be customized to be as intense as you want it to be.

Use this workout to mix things up – this is by no means ‘The Ultimate Workout To Getting A 6 Pack Or Your Money Back” Workout. Instead think of it as a workout to do for fun (yes working is and should be fun) or to mix it up from your usual routine.

Exercise Tutorial: Buff Getting Exercises Without The Gym – Andrew Bading

During my interview with former Mr. Australia Andrew Bading he tells me that one of his best workouts was actually at a playground.

So i was like ‘what the?

And he was like ‘yep’.

So i then asked if he could show me some exercises he would do if he had to get buff without a gym.

In the following videos you will see some interesting and simple yet surprisingly effective (unless i really am mo’ unfitter then i look) exercises that you can try out next time you’re at the playground.

2 things i need to say before you see this videos though.

1 – Many of them are actually quite difficult, but you won’t know that until you go and try it yourself (yup that’s a challenge).

2 – Some of the shots are pretty bad but you can at least still see the exercises in them.

Getting buff takes alot of work…right?

Well yes and no.

Sure it takes alot of effort and dedication towards the march to  mad muscles, but that march can be a fairly simple path to follow – if you know which path to take.

Enter every skinny guy’s eternal frustration – wanting to put on muscle but having no idea how – enter my next interview.

A guy who knows how to stop the frustration head on, because he’s walked the path himself – the right one – and came out on the other side far bigger, harder and leaner then he was when he started out.

Frickin nervous!

I was expecting to see some decent results by the end of my 1st week but nope it wasn’t there – although i’ll let you be the judge when you see the video below.

Basically i’m looking to make some steady progress as each week passes, so every time i don’t see it i will be deeply disapointed.

Clearly i have high expectations, especially if i want to look like mad fit guy.

Despite my slight disappointment  there was one thing to be happy about – i got to train in the park – check it out.

Exercise Tutorial: How To Get Lean With Boxing Style Exercises – Dean Mikelj

I finally got back in touch with Deano after our awesome interview on simple strategies you can use to get lean to ask him if he could hook me up with some cool boxing exercises.

The kind that don’t require you to run.

Deano is currently in training for his upcoming pro fight and he is also a top notch personal trainer.

So i figured who better to show me some great ‘lean getting’ exercises then lean boxer Dean himself.

So in this 2 part video you will discover some great exercises you can do from home to get lean and fit just like Dean.

The best thing about these exercises is that you don’t have to do long runs, you don’t need any boxing equipment at all, and you don’t need to be coordinated to skip rope (although i’m pretty coordinated but you on the other hand…)

He starts with a few basics but then gets into some fantastic exercises i wasn’t even aware of.
